These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website cvelixorayn.com (the "Site"), owned by Cvelixorayn S.A.S., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71845329-3, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
2. Nature of the service
The Site provides information about real estate crowdlending and allows users to subscribe to a newsletter to receive investment opportunities related to new housing and high-rise residential building projects in Argentina. The subscription does not constitute an investment contract or any investment commitment.
3. Regulatory framework
Cvelixorayn S.A.S. operates as a Collective Financing Platform (PFC) registered before the National Securities Commission (CNV) under Registration No. PFC-2024-0142, within the framework of Law 27,349 and supplementary regulations.
4. Use of the Site
The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the law, morality and public order. Any use that may damage the Site, the platform or third parties is prohibited, including unauthorised access attempts, massive scraping or distribution of illegal content.
5. Intellectual property
All contents of the Site (texts, images, trademarks, logos, designs) are property of Cvelixorayn S.A.S. or of third parties who have authorised their use. Total or partial reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.
6. Investment risks
Investing through collective financing platforms involves risks, including the potential total or partial loss of the capital invested. Past returns do not guarantee future returns. Before investing, the user must analyse the specific documentation of each project.
7. Liability
Cvelixorayn S.A.S. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Site. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from the use or impossibility of use of the Site, except as provided by applicable Argentine regulations.
8. Modifications
Cvelixorayn S.A.S. may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force will be the one published on the Site with the latest update date.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with express waiver of any other forum or jurisdiction.
